Cake Pops!

I promise, from here on out to be a more diligent poster. It is too easy to let life fly by. Truth be told have been thinking of revamping the blog for a while. Lately I have become more crafty and creative in the kitchen. If I am good at updating this blog, maybe I will create a new blog just for the stuff I do. But seeing as how I can bearly manage one blog... Well, we will see.

Last week, I made some super yummy cake pops. They are like lollipops but made of cake. Here is were I learned how: http://www.thekitchn.com/thekitchn/tips-techniques/how-to-make-cake-pops-078637 . I first baked a cake. Then I mushed the cake in to little crumbs. Then I added some cream cheese and stuff. Then I rolled the cake into little balls and inserted lollipop sticks. Then my sister-in-law May came over and we dipped them in white and semi-sweet chocolate and sprinkles. And now I can not stop eating them! Yeah!
